Fonts, photographs, and the stylesheet are files on this website. The pages do not call a font service or an image host. There is no embedded map. Those choices avoid a set of third-party requests that would otherwise store their own identifiers.
Consent signals
A short script in the page head sets a default before any other tag could run: advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalisation, and analytics storage are denied. Functionality and security storage are granted so the page can remember this choice and operate. If you press Allow all, or you save a custom mix, the page updates those signals. Because no advertising or analytics tag is loaded, the update does not contact an advertising network. It is the architecture for Consent Mode, ready if a tag is added in the page head after the default. A tag added before the default would be a mistake, and the editorial and privacy pages would need to change in the same edit.
Url passthrough and ads data redaction are set in that default script so that, if a tag existed, click identifiers would be handled under a denied state. With no tag, they have nothing to redact.
Opening the banner again
Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page. The banner returns with the stored checkboxes. Necessary only, Allow all, and Save choices are the same controls as on the first visit. You can also clear site data for lloydsb.sbs in the browser, which removes the key and shows the banner again on the next visit.
